Praying for our soldiers
As you pray for the men & women sacrificing for our country, please remember Rod's cousin, Thomas Iverson, in your prayers. Here's a picture to put a face with the name as you pray. Thanks!
What else can you tell us about Rod's cousin, Thomas Iverson for whom we should be praying? Does he have an address? How old is he? Family? Stories of his relationship with Rod?
Thomas is not married but has a lot of siblings, nieces and nephews, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who are impacted by his absence. As for stories of his relationship with Rod, you'd have to ask Rod. I can tell you that the Iverson family is close knit. I often see Thomas a few times a year. My girls know Thomas and are praying for him as well. Pray for his safety. Pray that God uses this experience to draw Thomas closer to Him. If you want more details, you can ask Rod or I personally. I don't want to post more information about him than necessary on my blog. I don't feel it's my place. Thanks for praying. God knows exactly what Thomas needs and how to care for him and those who love him. Still we are to present our requests to God and we're grateful for as many praying for him as possible.
